I am Published!

It's been a while since I've had anything published anywhere (even my books at Lulu are a few years old now!)

I just got published at Elephant Journal. A little piece I wrote called "I Dreamed of You & it Came True". I"m SUPER excited about it!

Just a little something I wanted to share with all of YOU! It is a little narration of something that happened to me last week. I met a man from my dreams, in real life. Yes. This stuff happens to me.

The new office has been an absolute DELIGHT to read from. Sundays are my FAVOURITE days. We are relaxed, the energy of the day is laid back, and usually there's enough time between reads that we can really take our time getting ALL of the messages out for you.

So, yesterday Raphael shows up...

...While I was doing a Reiki / Reflexology session. And I say to my trusty guide of 10 years, Gabe, "So, what's his story? And why is he coming through now." But Gabe stayed quiet for the most part, told me it was time for changes. So, I asked Raphael, as he danced around my meadow with musical instruments (it was hard to keep him still!) and I swear to you, he said "Google that shit."

I laughed, and said "I thought you beings were bigger than that language."

His reply: "I need to connect with you on your level. You use that language a lot."

I could not argue.

This morning, I Googled him. It's interesting to have them come in, not knowing anything about them (other than their names..) I'm wondering, though, why I am getting archangels?

My Angel Visit

The night the angels arrived, all was quiet. No whooshing of winds... it was actually eerily still. I stood on my front step for a few minutes longer, just to be sure everyone was all in.

The first full day, emotionally, I felt a little blue. In hindsight, I think I was upset that there WAS no whooshing of winds and singing voices... although good things kept happening all day. Things that could be overlooked, I suppose.

My step dad came over (dressed in a lime green T and shorts, and THAT made me smile.) I haven't seen him in months, and all my kids were home to see him too (he hasn't seen them for a year or so.)

The phone guy came to fix my phone - and it turned out to be a friend from highschool that I haven't actually spoken to in real life since... well, highschool.I didn't feel hyper or excited - everything was very mellow.

The girls and I ate icecream. I got to watch a chick flick. Little things.

The second full day, The day carried on. It was sunny. The girls and I went to the library (where it was air conditioned.) I set my chin up, and smiled, and figured if they were here, and I was supposed to know, they'd let me know. I continued to feel happy and thankful.

The third day was Saturday. This is when it happened.

I woke, and upon opening my goobey eyes, I saw something so cool.

The sun was shining through the window, though my lacy curtains. The little fan was on. On the wall, right in front of me on my side of the bed, was the very clear shape of a large hand. The thumb and all fingers were very clearly outlined, and the palm was very very bright. When the fan would rotate, it moved the curtains, and made the hand look like it was waving.

This made me smile. But then I had to run to the bathroom. I got the video camera, too.

I jumped back in bed, and tried to figure out the camera. (seriously, I'm painful with some technology.) I got the "still" cam to work,and took some shots. Then turned it off, and just lay there.

and very quickly, the sun hand CHANGED. the bright spot in the center changed into the perfect shape of a landing angel. What had been the fingers, changed into sun rays off of the angel. The wings were open, I could clearly see a head shape, curved waist, and the legs were in the shape of one outstretched and one bent, as if landing on one foot. I tried to get some pics again.

At this point, my beloved asked me what I was doing. So I told him.

Then the girls piled in. And asked me what I was doing. So I told them too.

The picture on the wall then quickly changed again - and my youngest said to me "It looks like a cross now." The bright spot had extended - head, wings and legs - to the shape of a cross.

Then my beloved said "girls, let's leave your mom alone to look at the wall." (which made me giggle.) and shortly after they left, the spot faded into nothing.




Sure, I could write it off as the sun, the curtains, the fan - all very touchable things. But for every morning I've ever woken, I've never seen that hand waving on my wall!

so the fourth day was a market day - and it was the best market day I've had all year. And then my mom-in-law fed me dinner. Awesome.

The fifth day all of us were home - a civic holiday in Canada. It was quiet and lovely, and I got lots of laundry done, and a few readings done, and it was just a really really nice day.


So, that was my angel visit.

And now I have a hand cramp.

I'll try to get the images off my camera... Even though when I looked at them, the bright light had washed all the details out, from what I could tell....

White Flowers in the kitchen

Tomorrow is my Angel Visit. I have my Flowers purchased, my wishes in an envelope with an apple on the top, and my list of names who want a visit after mine. I'll be burning tea lights that are white, instead of pillar candles (because between the cats and the kids, anything else won't do.)

I'm really excited about it! And, to share with you what sort of things happen :)

A Five Day Visit From Angels.

A FIVE DAY VISIT FROM ANGELS.

Lori-Grace, A Canadian psychic reader, wants to share the abundance, good will, and healing with anyone who is ready and open for an Angel visit.

It is the Angels desire to come down and for five consecutive days to stay and work with individuals and help them each to meet three personal wishes. then each individual sends the angels on to three new individuals. After five days the Angels continue to three new individuals, who have said YES to receiving them. The angels stay with each new person five days before moving on to new hosts. So anyone who receives the angels sends them on to three new hosts. The Angels will always arrive at the new location on a predetermined day at 10:"30 PM and leave five days later at exactly 10:30pm. Between each five-day visit, angels have a quiet travelling period of five days, when they are on their way to the three new addresses. these pauses have a considerable positive impact on the world.

Your Angel visit, sent from Lori-Grace, if you say YES, will begin on August 6th and you say goodbye and thank them on August 10th at 10:30pm.

Before they arrive, you will need to choose three beloved friends or family to host them next, as having the names of the next places to bless is an important part of the preparations for the Angels arrival. You connect with the three new hosts, adjust this letter with newly calculated dates (Your last day of the five-day visit, and their five days on the road to the next homes.) and write your name instead of mine in the greeting for the Angels.

PREPARATIONS:

Before the arrival of angels to your home, you will choose a suitable place and prepare like this:

1-You bless a white candle and put it in a candlestick.

2- Next to the light you place a white flower in a bowl or vase or a potted plant having white flowers.

3-Beside the white light and the white flower, add an envelope containing a piece of paper with names and addresses of each of the three hosts that said YES to receive the Angels after you.

4-In another envelope put a piece of paper where you wrote your three wishes.

5- On top of the envelope with your wishes, you put an apple.

WELCOMING CEREMONY.

On the agreed date, you find yourself at home at 10:30pm ready to receive your guests. Before then, you light the white light and at 10:30pm, open your front door (physically, not just symbolically.) and invite the angels with such WELCOME the following words: "Come in and welcome, loving Angels sent to me from Lori-Grace. Thank you for your presence here. I ask that you envelop both this site and all the people who will pass by or are staying here with purity and peace. Thank you for choosing to come and bless me and my fellow human beings in harmony with life, joy, love, wisdom and power. Thanks also to you for helping me to fulfill the three wishes which are very important to me."

During the five days the Angels reside with you, let the white candle burn down completely. If it has burned up before the five days have passed, you can of course light a new white light if you want. If you tend to pray or meditate at certain times, it is nice to communicate with Angels during this time but there is no requirement to do something special, apart from the two times, at 10:30Pm on the first and last evenings.

LEAVING CEREMONY:

At 10:30 PM - when five days are passed, re-open your front door and bid farewell, thank the Angels, and send them on to loving the three who have said YES to receive the angels by reading them their names (and addresses if you have them.) for completion with yourself and your angel altar, consider sharing your blessed apple with loved ones, or eating it mindfully to help you embody your wishes.

Listen to the Little Voice

We ALL have one (or sometimes two!) That little voice that warns you, the little voice that squeals in joy with you, the little voice that tells you to take a different road home or to stop and smell the roses.

We've been taught and conditioned to edit that little voice. Sometimes to just change what it's telling us, but so many blocked it right out so long ago that they don't hear a peep.

What I've learned is, if the little voice can't reach you one way, it'll get your attention in another. Sometimes that's by making you ill. Sometimes it's just letting the thing you've been warned against happen.

Last Autumn, I started a course that involved ignoring the voices. (I refer to them as my guides.) by winter, they were completely in the backround. I continued to ignore my red flags, ignore the signs. My little voice was just so fed up, that by Spring it forced me to stop everything. I had two weeks to just sit and be quiet and listen. A mysterious health "thing" took over everything. I was on the wrong path, and it was important that I get back on track and fast, for everyone involved. This was the only way it could get my attention.

Now that it's summer, I'm fully back in touch with my guides and intuition, and enabling me to give readings for others in full force.

My advice today, is to take some time to listen to your little voice. Some call it intuition, some call it divine guidance. What ever name you call it by, it's there for you just as well as it's there for me.
